New Product Promises to Grow Your Eyelashes?
There’s been some beauty buzz over Latisse, a prescription product that promises to grow lashes. It sounds insane, but it’s getting some positive buzz around the Web and in magazines. On RealSelf.com, 84 people have reviewed it and 86 percent said the purchase was worth it.
According to InStyle Magazine, this stuff works so well, a Stanford dermatologist said she expects it to outsell Botox (I know some serious Botox addicts, but Latisse is cheaper at Botox at $130 and the effects are more lasting). “I’ve seen it produce lashes that look like feather dusters,” says dermatologist Katie Rodan in InStyle.
If you want to try it out, I suggest asking your eye doctor for a sample. It is prescription only. I see this as possible miracle product for women of Asian descent who have naturally short eyelashes, and older women who’ve lost their lashes in the natural aging process. What do you think? Would you try Latisse?
